He is more concern about Thai’s national interest than the refugees, his main responsibility. He has neglected and relegated his duties. He must resigned NOW.

My own position would be that the Government of Cambodia has the right of possession of Preah Vihear as a consequence of the 1962 judgement of the International Court of Justice. If you think that rights do not merely derive from laws, then you may find it less easy to argue against Sanea's ugly assertions, which are clearly a threat to the peace of the region.

Oh man! Sanea is funny guy.
Sometime I wonder Human Right activist in thailand only serves the right of thai or also other natives? If i am not wrong few weeks ago, thai military chased out a group of burmese Refugees back to Burma the same as in 80s they chased out back thousand of cambodians around the Vreah Vihear temples back to where they probably not survived.

This article is helpful in underscoring that the basic function of civil society is to monitor the performance of public institutions. In the case of Thailand, such bodies--the Assets Examination Committee, National Counter Corruption Commission, Election Commission, National Reconciliation Commission, and NHRC--face threats to their independence and integrity. Is Thai civil society doing enough to combat political interference in these "independent" agencies?
